One of the cheapest plugins that does auto-tune that I know of is Izotope's Nectar Elements. If you do a lot of work with vocals, I'd recommend getting the full Nectar 2 Suite as it gives you more control as well as a lot more functions, options, and effects. Someone told him all the BIG acts have it in their tech riders these days. He doesn't realize those guys have the budget to make that happen. I'm not buying an $80k console so I can run real time auto tune at a club gig!
